Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

Mediaverse Journal is committed to promoting scientific research within the framework of accuracy, impartiality, transparency, and ethical standards. The following ethical principles are adopted by our journal:

Ethical Principles

  1. Scientific Integrity
Submitted works must be original and free from scientific ethical violations (such as plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, redundant publication, slicing, or unauthorized authorship). All articles are checked with plagiarism detection software.

  2. Authors’ Responsibilities

    • All authors must have actively contributed to every stage of the research.
    • Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data on which the study is based.
    • All sources cited in the article must be properly acknowledged and referenced.
  3. Peer Review Process

    • Our journal implements a double-blind peer review process, ensuring anonymity between authors and reviewers.
    • Reviewers must evaluate submissions objectively, fairly, and in compliance with confidentiality principles.
  4. Editors’ Responsibilities

    • Editors ensure the impartial evaluation of submissions sent to the journal.
    • They take measures to prevent conflicts of interest during publication processes.
    • The content and information of rejected works are kept confidential.
  5. Conflict of Interest and Transparency
To prevent conflicts of interest, all authors and reviewers are required to submit conflict-of-interest declarations. The transparency and ethical compliance of the study are thus guaranteed.

Publication Policy

  1. Open Access Policy
Mediaverse Journal is an open-access journal that aims to provide unrestricted access to academic knowledge. All articles are freely available to the public after publication.

  2. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Authors are not required to pay any fees for submitting or publishing their articles in the journal.

  3. Peer Review Process

    • All submissions undergo an initial editorial evaluation.
    • Suitable works are sent to at least two reviewers.
    • Based on the reviewers’ reports, the article may be accepted, revised, or rejected.
  4. Originality and Copyright
Submitted works must not have been previously published or under review elsewhere. While copyright remains with the author after publication, the first publication rights are granted to Mediaverse Journal.

  5. Data Sharing
The journal encourages transparency in the datasets used in the studies. When necessary, data sharing should be provided to allow readers to verify the findings.
